Private classes can be for the whole family, addressing the children’s conditions, or one-on-one with a child. Private yoga classes are suitable for children aged 3 years and up.

The first session is about assessing how the child responds to yoga and what course of action will be taken. Specific yoga poses, sequences and practices can be used to address a condition. The pace of each session and course of sessions will be tailored to the child.

Fun Kids Yoga techniques are used to engage the children in yoga, including books, props, song, dance and games.
