Kids Yoga F.A.Q.

  • Don’t eat a heavy meal at least 2 hours before class (more important for adults than kids). A piece of fruit, like an apple, is fine though.
  • Wear loose, comfortable clothes to stretch in.
  • Bring yoga mats.
  • Leave your need for perfection at home, because we’re all about having FUN!
  • For some kids (and adults!) it takes a few classes to really get into yoga. Stick with it and you’ll LOVE it.
