Don’t eat a heavy meal at least 2 hours before class (more important for adults than kids). A piece of fruit, like an apple, is fine though.
Wear loose, comfortable clothes to stretch in.

Leave your need for perfection at home, because we’re all about having FUN!
For some kids (and adults!) it takes a few classes to really get into yoga. Stick with it and you’ll LOVE it.
